5 Steps
For an optimum life, as
mentioned in our introduction page,
you will need to acquire particular knowledge to achieve balance
in the five important psychic health areas shown below.
STEP ONE - YOUR HEALTH
Without good health then nothing is really enjoyed. Hence it is most important
to make sure your body is in alignment with perfect health. Your body will give
you indicators when things are out of whack or out of balanced. Some quick
examples are your nails, teeth, hair, eye, skin, discharges, and smells. When
your body starts to have problems then some or all of these features will start
to deteriorate and become dull, weak and listless.
STEP TWO - YOUR HOME
Your home needs to be stabilized and harmonious for you to succeed with life. We
all know what its like if we can't pay our bills or if we are living with
someone we can't get along with. These things can really affect the energy of
our home and can cause you to be stressed, stay up at night, eating disorders,
moody, and other behaviors that can affect your life. Once the home life is
secured and happy then other monetary luxuries seem to come to you easily and
more enjoyably.
STEP THREE - CAREER
If your home life and health are in good shape there is a better chance of
enjoying your job. However, if you are in a situation where you don't like your
job or the people you are working with then it might be time for you to leave.
Continuing to stay can cause stress and affect your sleeping patterns and your
moods. If allowed to continue for a long period of time then your health will
start to decline, and then the home life will be disrupted. A good job and happy
surroundings are a must for optimum wellbeing.
STEP FOUR - SPIRITUALITY
Spirituality is important to keep a balanced perspective on life. Depending on
your religious beliefs, your outlook on how you treat yourself and others around
you can also influence your well being. If you're lacking in spirituality then
the soul seems loss and is constantly searching for fulfillment. If allowed to
continue for long periods of time then you will start to see a decline in the
one through three mentioned above.
STEP FIVE - FAMILY
Family is important to feel connected, wanted, supported and appreciated. Having
a spouse, kids, parents, and extended family can really give a person a sense of
belonging and completeness. However, the relationships must be those of a
'healthy' mindset, and absence of control and manipulation. If someone is trying
to keep you in a marriage or family for any other reason than love then you
could have a problem which leads to negative thinking and it will affect the
items mentioned above.
